Two Meadows Martini

5 from 1 vote
We came up with this martini on a whim one weekend. A simple combination of melon vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lime makes for a slightly sweet and delicious drink. However, the lavender sugar on the rim is key for tying all the ingredients together! You can purchase lavender sugar from Lavande Farm in Texas or make your own by simply mixing together white cane sugar and crushed dried lavender flowers. Store in the fridge to maintain the fragrance of the lavender. Though somewhat unorthodox for a martini, we serve this on the rocks - because on a hot summer evening in Texas, you want everything to be on ice.
